Michigan ORS Auto-Generate DTL4 Records

An Autogenerate button has been added to the Michigan ORS Member List page:

After creating and reviewing ORS data, clicking this button creates a DTL4 record for any employee on the ORS list who has a DTL2 record and does not already have a DTL4 record on the Defined Contributions/PHF tab of the ORS Entry page:

Although employees who have not contributed to the Defined Contributions (DC)/PHF plan for the reporting period show zeros in the contribution columns, a DTL4 record is added to the transmittal file:
